Reagan’s Socrates Project
a 40 year history

Socrates was a joint White House/U.S. intelligence community initiative with a two-fold mission. Determine the true foundational cause of U.S. economic and military decline, and then utilize this determination to develop the means to reverse the decline that would ensure America’s status as a superpower for generations – the Socrates Automated Innovation System©.

The System design has been utilized and as a result upgraded over the years since its use by President Reagan in his negotiations with Gorbachev to convince him (Gorbachev) to dismantle the Soviet Union.

The System enables technology exploitation – development, acquisition and utilization – to be executed as a concrete reproducible science, rather than a trial-and-error art. As a result, technology – High-tech, low-tech, no-tech – can be exploited with unprecedented speed, efficiency and agility, for an unmatchable competitive advantage in all competitive environments and all present and yet to emerge future domains.

The System now stands alone as the key asset for, not just delaying, but fully neutering the China threat, and for achieving the Reagan mandated mission – Ensuring America’s status as a superpower for generations.
